Only 5 minutes away you can find plenty of local shopping and dining establishments. We are also a short 20-minute drive to downtown Jacksonville and it's beaches, and only 30 minutes to the quaint historic district of St. Augustine. Our homes are offered in spacious one or two-bedroom floor plans designed to fit anyone's lifestyle. Some of our homes have been given extensive makeovers to feature contemporary cabinetry and countertops and white or black appliances.
